January 2005 - January 2006Was on contract with Fannie Mae through System Engineering Services Corporation (SESC) as a system engineer on the enterprise marketing management team. o Maintained the Netcool surveillance platform, which is used to monitor all servers and network equipment that is throughout the company. o Wrote shell scripts and perl scripts for the auditing process of the Netcool SSM agents. o Created automation for the network operation center for alarms that came into Netcool. These automations did things from login into the equipment and restarting services or a process to opening a Remedy ticket right away.
