• Consultant - assigned to Fannie Mae at SESC

  January 2005 - January 2006

  Was on contract with Fannie Mae through System Engineering Services Corporation (SESC) as a system engineer on the enterprise marketing management team. o Maintained the Netcool surveillance platform, which is used to monitor all servers and network equipment that is throughout the company. o Wrote shell scripts and perl scripts for the auditing process of the Netcool SSM agents. o Created automation for the network operation center for alarms that came into Netcool. These automations did things from login into the equipment and restarting services or a process to opening a Remedy ticket right away.

  Beca Tech, LLC was a privately held computer company that ran warranty calls for Dell, Best Buy, Sears, Compuforce. o The company also built custom computer for individuals. o The company also setup small to medium networks for home users. o The company was closed down due to the cost of doing business in the Florence, SC area and the distance that the companies wanted the field technician to travel.

  o Conducted site surveys for 4 months traveling all over the United States for the new Home Depot network upgrade within their stores o For 4 months would install and configure the Cisco routers and switches for all new Best Buy stores. o For 3 months installed and configured new computers for the kitchen section, training computers, and the HR computers in 50 Lowes stores through out the United States.
